They were all super friendly and very helpful with their knowledge and insight. I am on the hunt for a certain type of wedding band and they helped me looked online and offered to have something shipped to the store. I never felt any pressure. They quoted me on fixing my engagement ring and stuck to that quote. My newly sized and polished engagement ring is brand new again! I will absolutely be recommending them and will be going back.
