I'm doing this to balance out the 1 star rating. Sucks I keep having to do this to counter idiocy. Rate your business experience folks. Not your lack there of. And also dude dry your eyes and shake the sand out - the guy was honest and didn't want to waste your time? Yeah that's just awful.

Spring meats is the worst meat operation in the business. What kind of company doesn't give back Filet minion and NY strip? Recently, I had three cows butchered by them and did not receive what I ordered. Instead, they turned all of my order into ground beef. The receipt that accompanied my order was illegibly scribbled on a sheet of paper. After taking the time to raise a cow fit for butchering, I expect the best quality butchering. What they provided me with was an absolute joke. I will never be purchasing from this company ever again.

I get my USDA certified lamb butchered here. Cuts are clean, people are great, packaging is professional.
