Overall Feedback:
I have been a customer of Revel for 10 months now in a restaurant environment. The system is a huge disappointment and fails to meet the promises given by the sales team. Our POS requires us to call technical support once or twice a week due to connectivity issues. The main POS and the clients drop connection repeatedly. Despite numerous calls to Revel Technical Support they have not been able to correct the issue and even lack interest in fixing the issue permanently. I will be switching companies once this contract is over.
