I stayed there for a few years, but had to leave because of ridiculous raise in rent, about 15%. Also, they require a 60 day notice before leaving, which is a long time. So you have to give a notice about leaving before you find a new place. I think 30 day notice would be more fare. Also saw some roaches during my stay. What I did like, was a nice view, very close to the beach, never had any problems with the staff. The unit was very clean when I arrived. The maintenance used to come and fix whatever would break in a timely manner.
