I purchased equipment from Resource POS and it was great condition. I tried to sell back to resource POS as they deal in used equipment and I have called 5 times and left several messages as the customer service rep suggested. I have not got a call back from them at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all I get is the voice mail. No call back. I called again today 8/20/15 and they rep tells me the equipment may be too old, I said even if you don’t tall all of it at least 1 or 2 items I would be happy and I understand the equipment has aged, but he was saying I am not sure and probably not but why not just give me a solid answer or at least have my repeated voice mails answered and I would move on. So in the end I still have no answer and no call back. Not a professional way to do business and I will never recommend these guys to anyone so buyer/seller beware you will just get ignored.
