I wanted to share my experience with RFC Mortgage Analyst Francis Allen Pesci (Allen).I waited to refinance with another company from October 2018 to March 25th, 2019 which is totally unheard of to wait that long. On March 26th, 2019, I tried Mr. Pesci and thank goodness I did because I was approved in 30 days on April 25th. My case was challenging as I had one large credit card balance and three others that went into collection status. Plus I had a PA tax lien which I was totally unaware of. Allen knew exactly what to do to get me approved and has a team of credit analysts who review a person’s situation to advise what to do to get your credit score up to where you may qualify for the programs that are available at Reliance First Capital. Allen also introduces you to his manager at the onset of the refi, who calls to introduce himself to you which I found very reassuring. He was always helpful, respectful and sympathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he get me a rate lower than my current mortgage, he also was able to qualify me for a loan amount to also pay off my existing debts plus my debts in arrears which is a total blessing. I truly believe Allen Pesci can help people with poor credit and it would be great if you can contact him if you need his services. He’s been doing this a long time and is excellent at what he does.I think that even after bankruptcy clients are discharged, they may have certain challenges in getting mortgages, re-fis or equity lines of credit, and Allen Pesci can assist with that as well.He’s honest, hard working and totally goes above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
