I am 84 and had back surgery. Never got a follow up call. Never got release instructions. Was supposed to get home care. Ball was dropped. Finally 6 days later after my kids made many calls that I got a nurse. She went through paperwork for instructions and nothing. Never ever have I been to a hospital and not received a follow up call. I sat 6hrs before surgery after the time I was told to be there. Will never go back to this hospital.
