Very very rude people horrible customer service Marissa Benitez that works there calls me to harass me on a weekly bases. I understand They have a job to do but being disrespectful, yelling and throwing a tantrum Over the phone because they cannot receive the funds right than and there is a crazy way to act. I have Set up arrangements to pay back my loan and Marissa just likes to go on and on about NOTHING i am Really starting to think that she just likes to talk for fun. She definitely needs to take a customer service class or she will probably have to stay at this job for a very long time with that attitude
