They are legit, and they are legit at being losers who never got loved in life. They overcharged me when I did not even set up an additional payment. I get that they are debt collectors, but the way they talk is so absurd.

Very very rude people horrible customer service Marissa Benitez that works there calls me to harass me on a weekly bases. I understand They have a job to do but being disrespectful, yelling and throwing a tantrum Over the phone because they cannot receive the funds right than and there is a crazy way to act. I have Set up arrangements to pay back my loan and Marissa just likes to go on and on about NOTHING i am Really starting to think that she just likes to talk for fun. She definitely needs to take a customer service class or she will probably have to stay at this job for a very long time with that attitude

the worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my life. never have i been so pissed of with a customer service rep i had to hang up on them. theses people do not want to work with you and will call you a liar with no hesitation. the school that sent them the debt would not give us info to contact them or who they were. over a year later i receive my first letter and they tell me they've sent out multiple and when i tell them they didn't they say i am lying and blame it on the post office. just very rude unprofessional people work here

If I could give negative stars, I would. They are the meanest, most disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of "speaking" to. By law, they're required to send you an account statement every month. They stopped sending mine, for some reason. When I inquired, I was pretty much told I was an idiot because I "need a statement to pay my bills". I have an agreed monthly payment amount with them. The 1st of this year I paid them 10 TIMES the agreed monthly amount. They called me to harass me about missing February. Seriously??!! Also, they tacked on an additional $1,700 onto my bill and blamed the originator. Which I confirmed was false. It's not part of the original debt, so I'm not liable. Not very professional, unfortunately. You get more with honey then vinegar.... I digress...

Very disrespectful human beings.I have been dealing with this agency for over the course of of 6 years. I am at my final payments and the disrespect and inhumane actions have made me feel soo little. Jeremy has been over my account for the past 6 years and was nice in the beginning but this time he called with such an aggressive tone and when asked to speak to management (Joe) I received such a passive aggressive response for him as well.I am appalled at the horrible customer service and lack of humanity, you don’t treat clients who have NEVER given a problem with paying off debt they way I was just treated. Shame on RMS for the lack of integrity and dignity- These are not agents anyone would want to portray the personality of a company!

I worked professionally with RMS for many years. I have never worked with an agency that is more friendly and helpful while still carefully following legal measures as part of their processes.
