Feedback:
The worst service from Tim McCoy at this agency. He told me “I’ll look after you” but never had time. Because of lacking time to sit with me to fill out the offer contract he made me sign an empty contract and then forgot to add furniture that was included in sale resulting in no furniture being left by seller. Additionally he failed to take care of various other issues during the sale leaving me with a tenant but no rent and other unanticipated costs. Not my idea of “looking after me”. Extremely unprofessional and yet when I complained to the company they refused to admit he had done anything wrong. I have emails from him admitting he forgot to put things in the contract!!! Do not use this agent unless you want to lose money and NOT have your best interests taken care of.
