I've delt with them twice in the last year. Today when I asked what addresses I was contacted at for a bill I was certain was paid off they had a name and address that I didn't live at or recognize. They claimed it didn't matter. I expressed that they were very rude last time I had spoke with them while trying to double check that they got what they needed for paper work from me. "We don't contact everyone who sends in paper work to us. You can contact us. What did you expect since you got yourself into this situation anyway?" I finally said I wanted to talk to someone else. Although the next person still wasn't very friendly she was much easier to talk to. Got a few answers but was still rather annoyed with how rude they were.

Horrible company !!!!!!!! I set up a payment plan out of my bank account, rather than have the garnishment. The company took the garnishment AND the payment plan from my bank account. This place needs needs to be shut down !!!! And airing peoples information in response on here is so unprofessional. Get your act together. Gross.

They were sent an exemption form cause I receive state assistance from my employer and they have yet to stop garnishments. That was supposed to cease when they received the exemption form.

I had it set up with them to take so much out of my checking account on my payday. Instead they decided to take it out a few days before my payday and my checking account had over $500.00 in bounced checks... they refuse to pay me back let alone acknowledge what they have done.... they refuse to work with me instead they went straight to my employer and was taking money out of my check without even notifying me first...

I hired this agency to collect a judgment I had awarded. Eventually, the debtor was on food stamps and was not worth my investment to collect from. However, RCB was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked the case diligently. Recommended if you need their services for account receivables issues and business collections.

I think these people are frauds. They are claiming i owe them money, even though I live hours away from them and they had a claim against me ever since I was in middle school..
