Financial parasites. Reached a financial hardship and restructured the loan, albeit not to what I needed to actually help me. Financial hardship continued and worsened, I reached out to restructure a way that I actually needed to help me--they simply refused. Since then they have engaged in relentless phone harassment and have recently secured a judgment effectively freezing my bank accounts making it very challenging to remain in business and not go bankrupt. I reached out to Don Evert of their legal department for a solution forward and I proposed a fair deal for all. Nope, they want everything as evidenced by the insults followed by a lecture on my integrity from Don Evert. I called back at a later time and explained that I want a solution but would NOT speak to Don Evert again. They transferred me to Don Evert, who went on to chuckle and explain that I cannot impose my will on them as they have all the power. Beware of rapid advance.
