I wish ZERO stars were an option, this place deserves nothing. I had a friend go in to sell her wedding and engagement ring. The guy asked her what she wanted out of it and when she told him he laughed and said "I see why you are divorced, you're high maintenance and your face could use some work. Good luck getting that for your rings." ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR. She left the store in tears and is very upset about this, rightfully so. Who treats other humans like that?? And not like she has to defend herself, but she found out her husband was cheating 9 months into marriage, so she's already been through enough as it is. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever heard of. Take your business somewhere else who respects people.
