Feedback:
I went in to have my late fathers watch battery replaced and get an estimate on its value. 35 minutes later I see them in the back still trying to put it back together.. they finally came out handed me the pieces with fingerprints dirt and a huge scratch on the bezel and was to I’d have to take it to a jewelry store so I could get it fixed. Then of course denying the scratch that was clearly not there before. Not only are they dishonest but so incompetent they can’t change a watch battery.
