DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! customer service was great first time. purchased a laptop and gave me a 30 day warranty HAND WRITTEN saying I have 30 days. I figured that would mean if i wasn't satisfied I would be able to TRADE IT BACK! I simply wanted to trade it back and try another one they had. That was two trips than the staff changed their attitude and was very rude to me. It was piss poor customer service in my opinion my 30k subscribers will think similar.
