Never had I delt with people who harass you non stop (Her Name Is Marsha) before your payment is even due they call you to remind you then they call you like 3 times the day you’re loan is due If you don’t answer your phone because you are at work, or call them back even if your working and don’t have your phone on you. They will immediately call all your references and your employer and harass them. We got a title loan and paid every month on our loan granted we were late paying we always paid. This lady acted like we were 30 days late the kind of harassment they do is really unprofessional and a joke to do business with you people. Anyone who reads this message think twice about coming here for a loan. Check City is way more professional. Thank god i don’t have to smell the nasty cigarettes from Marsha anymore.
