Extremely disappointed in the service after 20 years of having savings and checking here. Visa debit cards have been "compromised" several times in the last 18 months. No number on them to call after hours and the bank phone lines after hours offers no resolution until when they're open. Upon getting two sets of new cards, we still have compromised accounts because the original card numbers were NEVER DEACTIVATED! A call and appointment made this morning to rectify getting my money back, had to punch out of work and upon arrival find nothing has been researched or printed out for me to submit. After sitting at the front counter does 20 minutes, after my rep disappeared. I finally sat down. No one will give me the card info that the most recent charges came from either. Which further supports in my mind that they messed up.big time.A request to order checks for my checking account was met with "I'll have someone call.you with packages and prices." That was 4 weeks ago.Business will be pulled immediately regardless of outcome.
