My son has been banking with them for 3 years he went to them for a car loan because his car was totaled I’m a car accident we had letter from insurance company stating car is a total loss and loan would be satisfied loan was from another bank the credit union wouldn’t give him loan because of our standing loan even with the right documentation and they could verify With Geico and other bank and also because his last two pay checks he worked 27 hours and they said he needed to work 30 hours it’s summer everyone’s hours get cut we where asking for less then a loan then he was previously paying and he shows 100% on time payments for the last 3 years of financing the car yet still wouldn’t finance him what is the benefit of banking with Publix credit union? I took him to guardians Credit union and they approved him no issue. They just seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and comprehend That loan was being paid off everyone else in every other bank understands this a deal with this often

Horrible horrible customer service from Henry. He is in no form qualify to be answering the phone. His attitude over the phone tells you he does not care or wants to help you. He hang up on me twice and even transferred me when he knows that there's no one there to answer the phone and after attempting to call back the phone were ringing with no answer. He once said to my wife ''you people'' which was shocking.

I find them not to be professional, They used my information from a credit card application to update there system after denying me the card card. They updated there system without your approval and during verification process asking me information that was presented on the credit card application. I have E-statement but when I wanted access to my bank statement it is not available, nor did they send out paper statement. Some of there employee pretend to be very friendly,. I would like better services.

went in there in recommendations of both my managers at my Publix, in need of help of a drop in the bucket loan. was called back two days later being told they could not help me because of bogus charges in collections.will tell everyone my experience, and recommend that they go elsewhere nice to see how Publix treats a 13 year employee.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve called them over 500 time and they have picked up only 23 times. ( I have proof). So far today I’ve called 15 times before class and 22 times during my break and no answer. I’ve even call their manager Frank at ex 7020 and no answer. I will be switching out toon.

I’ve been a member of PEFCU for many years, the service is always exceptional! Lucy processed my car loan with the utmost professionalism, it was such a pleasure to work with her. The process was so smooth and effortless, she really worked so quickly and so efficiently to get it all done in the most timely manner!! She was in constant communication, and was simply stellar! Franklin opened my daughter’s bank account and he was a gem to work with! Love my PEFCU family!

People and service are second to none. PNC Bank wanted to charge us $300.00 for their error in transferring funds to PEFCU and publix helped us eliminate the charge. PEFCU people have always been very professional. The service has been exceptional!
