Olympic Jewelry went out of their way to make my experience great. I purchased a custom ring for my wife, but asked for a expedited turnaround as we were moving within a few weeks. They made me a beautiful piece with plenty of breathing room to spare so as not to complicate the move. Through no fault of their own, the ring’s stone became damaged, and Michael had the stone replaced at no charge. He then mailed the ring back to us in remote Alaska free of charge. I would absolutely come back here - I’ve never had such a positive jewelry shopping experience before!
