Todd was responsive last year but haven't been able to get any response from him on billing issues that his team seem to have initiated as I went thru him for TSYS. Ive sent several email, voicemails in last 3 weeks without a response. I just sent email asking to cancel the service as I am extremely frustrated with sudden rate change by him without any agreement with us and him not responding.Brenden, it looks like the same story again - you said you will call me and that never happened. I had also bought 3 sets of hardware for the salon from POS Atlanta and the warranty was for 3 years with next day replacement. One of our pc unit broke, I left voicemails (multiple) sent you multiple emails without a response to date. After you responded to the review I was really hoping for your call or your response to my emails but nothing happened. What is going on? I just need my money back for these devices so I can buy them elsewhere and leave peacefully if the terms of the purchase contract are not followed. I have left the service on for one more month and TSYS responded instead of POS Atlanta. I question if this company is really is in existence or not. HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE or lack thereofUpdate (Sept): I could not find how to delete a review but Brenden took care of the issue. It took about two months to get a replacement that was supposed to be available immediately and also the rate issue needed a lot more pushing and contacting TSYS directly to get resolved that is below expectation. Given Brenden called and followed up regarding the issue even though it was very late, I changed the rating to 3 star
