POINTE BUICK GMC made the impossible happen!I was looking for a specific 2018 GMC Terrain Denali during the HUGE factory incentive period.I contacted my local Delaware GMC dealer with SPECIFIC color and feature requests. I paid for the car in advance and two times the vehicles were sold before the DE dealership could secure them into their inventory. I was told there were no more models available on the East Coast fitting my requirements.I wanted to purchase that identical car during the manufactures incentive period. I visited Pointe Buick GMC with my special request and the salesman, Mike Simon located one the same day. He had the exact car I was looking for delivered from Virginia to their NJ dealership in one business day. His quick work enabled me to save $7,000 because I was able to take advantage of the manufactures Incentive rebates on the last day they were offered. I found the Pointe Buick GMC entire staff to be very friendly, professional and courteous. They care about their customers and looked out for my needs. This includes the salesman, Mike Simon, the sales manager and owner. It is a great organization.
