One of the worst professional organizations I've dealt with. Met with Thomas Grigsby in June who took my information and said he'd be back with me in 2 business days with an estimate of the work. NEVER heard from him again. After a month of repeated calls and emails asking for a status and getting NOTHING back (no call, no email, no status), I asked for them to mail my tax hardcopy information back to me and I'd find someone else. They NEVER did that either. Unprofessional doesn't even properly describe this behavior. BTW, this system forced me to give it one star (doesn't deserve it) to post this complaint.
