I would gave them .5 stars if I could. They are rude. I provided them all the information and still not released the money.

I just wanted to cash a $50 check but they wanted to charge me $10 fee to do so, The manager ask me, you know why we charge that fee? He said It cost money to keep the money here in our bank, somebody need to pay our salaries. What a prick!The guy who wrote the check is a paying customer of the bank, the bank is conducting business on the customers behalf. If I wrote a check to someone and they told me my bank wanted ten bucks to cash my check drawn on my account I would close the account and tell them to unf$%k themselves. I rather throw the check to the garbage to pay that fee.
