Sometimes they are customer friendly, sometimes they are not a very customer friendly group: When asking if an issue I inquired about a week ago was I received the below response from a National Sales Manager: "Like I said- it is incumbent on UNITEC to contact PNP- not the other way around. They called - I spoke to someone it was after 4pmEST. He said their tech and IT were gone for the day and would call PNP again the next day. Nothing has happened- so I would contact their IT or development team and see if they even have the time- to create a modification- on their software- so PNP could provide you with Coupon Management. It is their software- they determine how they want it to interface with PNP. " Not exactly a customer friendly response or attitude toward finding a resolution
