Overall Feedback:

We switched to Platinum Payments 3 months ago after having worked with three other major processors (Stripe, Square, PayPal) and are very happy. Their team helped us through the entire process of setting up our own merchant account, are extremely responsive, very knowledgeable about the industry and transparent with their pricing.Overall, we reduced our net processing costs by 14% and now receive payments NBD rather than 7 days as was the case with Stripe through our own merchant account. I highly recommend contacting Platinum Payments if you are shopping for a payment processor!
