This is absolutely the worst company I have ever come across. All they do is lie. I have spent the past 3 days trying to reach the OWNER of the company and all I am told is that she is on the phone or in meetings. For 3 days straight! Now when I call they purposely hang up the phone even before answering. If I could give a 0 stars I would.

Fees kept rising and three times our funds were not there one or two days later. We returned the machine promptly and we waiting to see how our new account was fairing but then was hit with your termination fee from your company. What you promised, you did not deliver and then slapped us with a $595 fee. WOWThe only good part about Leaving your company is that I save so much every month now!

I have never had a problem with anything until my terminal had an issue, Tina was just so accommodating. She really calmed me down when I thought I lost all of my transactions today. Just had to write a review to let her know how much I appreciate all that she does. You are one of a kind, Thank you Platinum Choice for having such a wonderful support team.

I've never come across a more prudent, ethical, understanding organisation in 8 years of being in the US. Leadership want to learn about their customers' business and how they can support growth. Truly wonderful people!

Prices kept going up and up. Hit several times a year with "annual fees" and fees that when I talked with other processing companies they laughed and showed me where I was being taken advantage of.

I use Platinum Choice Bancard for my restaurant and they have great prices and incredible customer service. Whenever there is a problem with processing cards, they answer my calls immediately, are incredibly polite, and always know the answer. I wouldn't use anyone else!
