DO NOT get a loan from them. Their interest rates are just under the illegal rate and they sneak it crazy fees when you initially get the loan that don’t show up until you make your first payment. This is a scam! Don’t fall for it.

Feedback:

Pioneer is a trap for vulnerable enlisted Soldiers. I was in the trap for years. They lure you in with medicore interest rates, then once they have you in their grips and you return for more money the rates skyrocket. And they have some sort of drug deal with the. Miltary/GVMT as to where they are not obligated to particiapte in any sort of consumer debt relief programs. I served 30 years in the Army and have seen countless Soldiers fall into this trap. Their rates are JUST under the predatory loan laws that protect the miltary. Find another way ... DO NOT fall into this financial trap...

If I could give negative stars I would! Avoid these crooks! I paid my loan off 4 years ago and now I got a hit on my credit report saying that I owe them money. I contacted them and they said there was an interest amount added a month later and a late fee for not paying that. It has compiled into me owing them more than $2,000! I sent them the screen shot I took for my final payment and they don't care. Now it looks like I have to try to take them to court!

Feedback:

Ridiculous when you try to get refunded for a double payment. Everytime I call they tell me my check is being processed and will be sent out in one business day, it's been almost three weeks. Which brings me to thinking, if I make my payment over the phone with my debit card why can't they just simply refund back to my debit card. Never again with this company.

Feedback:

Be very careful when you get a loan from his company. I paid my loan in full in 2010 and they have been reporting a $26 balance as a key derogatory on my credit every month and just now the past month has came off. That's almost 3 years effecting my credit score. If you decide to get one of these overpriced loans make sure they clear the debt when it is paid in full. Just cause they give you a paid in full letter doesn't mean its off your credit. Their error cost me way more by damaging my credit.

Feedback:

They are good when your in a tough spot but they never answer the phone you better off going and talking to them
