We recently purchased a home and had a limited amount of time to close the deal. Rita was exceptional and actually closed the loan well before the date expected. She was responsive to all our needs and the best part we actually got the loan below what we could have with Quicken. We would highly recommend Pioneer Savings and loan, Ruidoso Branch.

My husband & I recently opened a checking account here. AWESOME customer service from Roxanna "Roxie" Segovia. Very professional & she made the process easy. Even got a free gift. We had a large bank prior to this. We were looking for something a little more personal & close to our second home in Alto. I think we've found it at Pioneer Bank!
