Pioneer bank is horrible. Had a loan for years then they transferred it to a place called loan care which is basically a collection agency when I called them. They are not user friendly and the reason got the loan to begin with was it was local. Spoke with pioneer several times and they stated that this was the way it was and that was all there was to it. Do not get a loan with Pioneer do not have anything to do with them, unless you are ok with doubt and inconsistency. They transferred the loan and afterwards when they were not servicing it anymore turned into the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I can’t emphasize how horrible they are and this experience has been. There should be an option for negative stars.
