Overall Feedback:

Not friendly. This credit union is a referred to location for Navy Federal Credit Union they’re the only one in a 20 mile radius of the base however you can only use the bank if you live there. Navy Federal should stop the reciprocity of Pinnacle Customers if they are unable to service theirs.
