Feedback:
Scheduled a tow through my insurance provider because they promised the quickest response time (within approx 60 minutes). Near the promised ETA I received a call saying it would be close to 2 more hours before someone would be able to make it out. 3 hours later still nothing, so I called back and they informed me it would be it would be an additional 1.5-2 hours putting my total wait time anywhere from 4.5-5.5 hours for a simple tow to a mechanic. Absolutely unacceptable and definitely would not recommend. PS I have noticed responses to previous reviews saying that they are not affiliated with the towing company but I have multiple confirmations with their company name in addition to a phone call from the number listed on Google .
