Rude & Racist! You better NOT want your own money out of your account oh nooooo because they will give you a hassle! They are NOT use to handling large amount transactions! So be poor or be ready to be treated like a criminal!! Elizabeth the assistant manager is very rude & won't help!!

Had fraud on my account twice, when I contacted them they told me, "there's nothing we can do about it". Every time I call or go in they act like I'm a burden to them.

Staff is friendly and always eager to assist. Everytime i go there, i'm always greeted with a smile. Wait times are minimal, and one of the nicest looking banks i've been in.

I started at Maricopa branch with Kim and her team, they were always very pleasant to work with. But since moving to Casa Grande I use the local branch I have to say that the same level of customer service is not a top priority. Tellers seem like they are forced to be there. Not friendly or even pleasant in any way. When I inquire about online services I either get ignored or get a call back 3 weeks later. I have a car loan, a personal loan, savings account and 1 credit card and I'm seriously considering moving my business to First American Credit Union. I'm a loyal and patient customer but the customer service is not improving, even after filling out the customer service emails every year. At least 'act' like you want my money.

My wife and I have been with pcfcu for many years, using the Maricopa branch, and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly to us. They are a very nice alternative to using the mega banks, who have basically scared us away with their fees and policies.
