Avoid! AOPA referred them to me. I will not forgive AOPA for that. It is a Bait and switch shop! 1) They are just super slow to process pre-approval. I lost one plane because they were so slow (over two WEEKS! 2) Then at the last second before close they bait and switch and increase the interest rate! 3) Then they closed three days after they said they would but they still want the interest and my loan payment date to still be the day they were SUPOSSED to close but failed to.4) No web access! If you want to make an extra payment of check your account you MUST do it in writing to their snail mail address. At this point I would not be shocked if messenger pigeons or teletypes were required. This is my fourth plane and my financing has always been utterly hassle free until I got involved with these incompetent hucksters.
