Poor customer service from main branch.Moble banking app.seems to be out ever other weekend so you can't check your account. (seems to be a setup to overdraft.) ATM machine outdated.I liked the credit union I had before VallyStar merged with Peidmont.while a Peidmont I never had an overdraft,but VallyStar several. Staff in South Boston are good at helping and friendly.I still have VallyStar but I use it only as a second I went to another credit union .
