The loan officer was rude. I have anxiety, and have had a rough week, and I was unaware of all the documents I needed, and was overwhelmed. I tried to leave, and i know I was upset, so instead of being understanding, he told me there was something wrong with me. After explaining that I have anxiety, and i have had a bad week, he added to his poor wording, and continued to insult me. I told him he should not start a sentence with what he said, because who says that when someoneneeds help for anything. His final words were "it's not my problem, you made the choice to come in here."
