Need to update atm machines. ALWAYS seem to be down. Also need to provide better service with their mobile check deposits. Instead of continuously rejecting a mobile deposit with no explanations multiple times, try what is known as a courtesy call to explain what the problem is so the customer can fix and address. Why did I have to call you after the 4th rejection. I find this to be lazy poor customer service on their part. Luke Labbe should address this.

I have been a member here for over 24 years. I like the credit union. Always have had good service. My disappointment is with their ATM machines. I have found them out of service many times for years now. Very frustrating. Not sure why they cannot solve the issue with these undependable machines or better yet, replace them with new ATM,s.

Don't ever bother calling here they have NEVER picked up my phone call in the several years I've been banking with them. It's very annoying and causes a simple task to become complicated.
