I've honestly only dealt with these people for a month and they are unbelievably awful. The receptionist has an awful attitude and gets upset if she has to repeat the sentence she just mumbled and slurred together. I think the best part is that I have to pay a fee for paying over the phone on my auto loan payment. They've given me a card with my monthly bill and date which I think is the only plus side to them. As soon as I'm able to refinance I will be going elsewhere. I don't feel like having to deal with a mess every 30 days!!

Bought my first vehicle through them. Very helpful staff. Will probably do business with them in the future. I Recommend this to everyone with no credit or low credit.
