Feedback:
Nice staff, clean place and quiet. Plenty of parking as well.
Feedback:
If you have a problem at this credit union they will not help or work with you in any way. They are nasty and very negative. All they want is your money and they keep piling fees upon you even when tragedy has struck your family. They offer no solutions at ALL. I will never get a loan from this credit union AGAIN.
Feedback:
Service is terrible and don't try to call at 3:30 no one will answer your phone call

I've been a member since 1997. Attitudes have changed tremendously.

I have purchased multiple cars in my life. Applying and receive a loan has always been no problem has taken no time at all. Until I decided to try and get a loan through PEOPLE ALLIANCE. This was the worst experience I ever had on trying to obtain a loan. It took 5 days to absolutely get nowhere with these people. They may offer good interest rates but good luck trying to get the process taking care and it’s not worth the headache. I’m so happy I decided to go through another bank and get a loan and guess what it only took a matter of minutes! So happy my money is not going to them!. If you were smart you would never apply for a loan here.

This branch is an absolute disgrace to this credit union. I've been a member since 1999 and deposited a local business check over 100.00 and they placed a 15 day hold. ALL banks hold large amount checks for seven days. When I told the supervisor okay go chase yourself I'm out, please close my account, she told me I could not(my local police found that hilarious that I would even entertain such a thing). I called my Ronkonkoma home branch supervisor to put that dodo in check. If you don't want to feel like you are in a Dr. Seuss book do not bank at this branch PAFCU is a good credit union, just that branch has major issues. If you must go there remind them "you don't wind your butt and scratch your watch reverse it" and maybe they will wake up

It's very hard to get someone in the phone. If you lock yourself out of your online account by entering your password incorrectly 3 times, you can reset your password but still will not gain access unless you call in. Which would be fine except it's very difficult to have someone answer your call. It does not help that the phone service is closed during the weekends, and early during weekdays. So you may go days without being able to check your account balance. If you are locked out of your online account even your phone app will deny you access. Incredibly frustration to deal with. Would not recommend to a friend.
Feedback:
I can not get these people on the phone. They always have some drab voiced nasty person who sounds lost every time if they call to remind me my bill is due but then when I try to call in a check by phone..no answer I get a voicemail. Ridiculous- and you can not use the online website for anything that would be convenient
