I took my blue diamond ring into the store to have some work done by their jeweler. A couple of the very small diamonds had fallen out, and I asked to have four larger blue diamonds put in the ring around the base, and to use the small ones they removed from that area to replace the lost ones. This would have left three very small diamonds for me to keep to use if other small ones ever fell out.When I went in to get the ring, it had been butchered! The larger diamonds had been set horribly, looked like a child did the work, and they did replace the tiny diamonds, but did not return the small diamonds to me. I was too upset to even think about what to do , and they would not tell me the name of their 'jeweler'...It has been several years, and I sold the ring for scrap, thought this might save someone else from losing a precious piece of their jewelry, don't trust them to fix any gold or diamond jewelry.
