These people are ignorant and unprofessional (the woman with brown hair and a badass attitude). They kept my guitar in an outside warehouse, when I specially asked them to keep it in an a.c. controlled environment because the humidity fluctuation can cause the neck to crack because of the tention of the strings and ruin it.
