They never pay before the payment date.When it was West Oahu they paid you a day early.And now there online banking sucks. You cant see pending items nor does it show pending ACH's If you ask me Pearl should have used West Oahus online system. That would have increased pearls standing and is the whole reason why they suck.If they switch it back then theyll be the best. When i say switch back im referring to the online platform services

I like the bank, but I am extreamly frustrated with their online system. I can not not login to my online account on my Android phone or new Dell computer. I've tried Crome and Enternet Explorer it's to the point, I just give up on trying because there's nothing that works after countless tries, even with customer service on the line with me. There is no point in trying, I give up on their online banking. No bank has ever been this difficult before as to online banking. Also it makes me feel extreamly uncomfortable that the bankers can get in to my online account know all my personal information to get on my online banking account that I can't get on and change the password so they don't have access.

I've been a member since 2008 I work at waipio mcds when I need to deposit money I just walk over there. The staff is awsome very friendly. If anyone looking for a credit union I recommend pearl Hawaii. 100 percent awsome bank awsome staff 💕

Been with these guys since they opened up in Waipio, they wasn't so great at first. But over the years they have improved tons. I really like doing business with this Credit Union, so helpful and very so kind. They earned these 5/5 from me. Keep up the good work!

Poor customer service!!!!!! Particularly with the loan department Joyce and Tony, Oh Gosh no aloha. Pearl Hawaii recently merged w/West Oahu and everything has completely changed if you’ve had a negative history w/West Oahu (even though you’ve cleared it up) it WILL affect future offers, loans, checking etc. And this also applies to long time members prior to the merge - absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I was basically told to bank else where. I even called to get more info from Licie the VP of operations at the Waipio location, left numerous messages with no response. People save yourself the hassle and bank else, definitely not worth it

I've been with this fcu for 10 years.I 've nevered had a problem and all the staff are awesome. Well I had one minor problem but overall a great banking place.
