After hours support is first data and unacceptable

Feedback:
Someone please listen to the phone recording @ 7:34 central time and do something about this girl. Just got off the phone with tech support after over 1.5 hours trying to get the new software update and am now left without tip edit option which is CRUCIAL in my business and just had 4 closed out checks that couldn't tip me and 3 more on the register!! The girl that tried to help me was so slow and spacey that I literally asked her at least twice if she was high and I asked her a few times to please let me talk to someone else but she refused. She was constantly whispering and laughing and literally yelled at me a few times. At the end I noticed that I could not use the tip edit function and she yelled at me asking me why I was trying to tip edit instead of run a transaction and I told her I have already ran the tensaction and was on the tip edit now to which she was angry. She told me I had no way to edit tips with a chip card to which I told her I had been doing tip edit with all cards before this download and asked to speak to a supervisor to which she flat out refused and when I asked her name she first said kelly and when I was asking her if I was spelling it right and confirming she then said her name was Brandi. There is now way I can run a business with bartenders and servers and tell them that they can receive credit card tips!!<br />Not to my surprise I received a message that the tech support I used was first data and not payment Depot which makes since because payment Depot has ALWAYS had the best customer service and they proved it once again with quick responses. Now I know to never use the after hours support!!
