I called the store just to see if I could pickup a western union and if so what was their limit. I asked this because I had been to Walgreens and their limit is $300. The manager of the store that was working until close on 05/02/2018 repeatedly asked me how much I was trying to receive I didn't answer because there were undesirable people around me. She then said well I guess you're not getting it here and hung up. I called back to speak with a manager that is when she said you got one and began to scream at me over the phone. I went to the location to attempt to pickup the money. The western union phone was turned off and she refused to turn it back on. I had to use my own phone. Shr let me go through the lengthy phone call just to tell me afterwards that they wouldn't do the transaction. She was insanely rude. Do not go there unless you are ready to cuss someone out.

Id do 0 if there was one. I called for help talked to a lady she didn't even let me finish talking or my question she just said no I can't help you very rude people.

Very easy to work with, quickly and courteously fixed an issue for me from several years ago. Would be happy to work with again if needed.

It's not that we wouldn't help you. It is that it takes longer than 20 minutes to process your info for a loan. We close at 6pm and want to go home after work just like you...
