Just took my rolex there and he spend 8 minutes taking it apart and another 15 minutes trying to put it back on after he lost the original pin and the took out another pin from his box and thay also shoot out on the floor n picked up another pin from a red box that said (pin) he put in a none original pin and handed my watch back all scratched up and it was loose and I asked him what happen to my watch? He said ( you think I swap out your watch with another watch)? I said no but that's not the rolex pin and he got loud n violent n said call the cops! Get out of here!. Then he had the nerve to say my watch os fake! After he said this watch if 16 years old... only a real rolex you are able to tell what year it was made. What a piece of trash this place is. What comes around goes around bro.. both side scratched n damage n the pin is too loose!. Little did he know I was watching n snapping pics of what he did.

Poor customer service. Went and had a battery watch changed and they didn’t know how to do it. Messed up the back of the watch and water went in. Went back and told them that they messed up. They said it a used watch. Expect for it to have some problems. My watch didn’t have an issue before.

Avoid Robert at all cost.Worst pawn shop in Pompano by far. I took a $2,800 item and Robert said it was worth $150-$300 dollars he definitely was trying to take advantage and see if I take what ever he said. I had other offers from two other pawn shops for $1300 so when he told me that I said must be looking up wrong item he then start being very rude and told me he has other customers.Then he said have a good F***ing life I have a phone call....

I'm not going back. Sketchy place. First, the watch battery they sold me a year ago leaked and ruined my watch. Then they wanted $107 to fix. Then, they really scratched the bezel of another designer watch I had them replace the battery, and when I asked them to buff it out the guy claimed he didn't do it. Really?Dishonesty is unacceptable.
