Hey I love this store and I was just wondering if the sales floor is open now.

I was just here and in and out in 10 minutes. No awkward negotiations or judgement. Every person there was super friendly and easy to talk to. I was selling a keyboard and asked for $90. Anywhere else would’ve tried to avoid giving me what it’s worth, this place was the opposite. I got exactly what I asked for and everyone, even the people not involved in the transaction, were unbelievably kind in a way that was super surprising. No pawn shop is as nice and professional as these guys. I live in Minneapolis and this place was worth the drive in rush hour traffic. I’ll honestly never go anywhere else!

No more retail sales floor here, sad to see it closing. They are still open for pawning, and buying stuff. I got a great price for my old blurays, walked out with 120 for those plus some games.
