I met Raul De La Vega with Patriot Home Loans a few months ago through a friend. Although he hasn't helped us with the purchase of our own home, he has earned my trust to refer him to my own clients. As a real estate professional, I meet and receive calls from lenders requesting to work with myself and my husband (We're a real estate team in Chula Vista). However, I don't just meet with anyone and I especially don't trust anyone with my clients needs. After getting to know Raul, however, he has shown me he and everyone from Patriot Home Loans strive to deliver the best experience while ensuring their clients are well taken care of. I especially appreciate his attention to detail and thoughtfulness and he has most definitely earned my trust. If you are lost and trying to find answers with anything in relation to the mortgage world, call him!

It isn't too often that you find a business that looks after your needs. First impressions are everything to me especially dealing with such a heavy life choice. Sara was incredible she really pulled me in to see how the rest of the business functions. I couldn't be happier they are a great set of people that look out for your needs not theirs.

The mortgage world is a scary one to navigate. You need a good guide to help you. Patriot Home Loans has proven to be that guide. My experience has always been positive. Since obtaining my first mortgage and doing a refinance, Patriot Home Loans has been professional in every area. They are open and honest about the best options. They go the extra mile to make sure all the documentation needed is obtained, processed and ready for each deadline of the process. They will work diligently and even go out of their way to accommodate you. I will never forget how when my family was obtaining our first mortgage and we had a deadline, the branch manager (Raul) actually came over to our home late at night to clear the misconceptions and doubts we had about getting a mortgage. He took personal time to help us navigate the murky waters of the mortgage world. Such is their courteous commitment to their clients. I highly recommend Patriot Home Loans.
