Worst post shop ever, grumpy unhelpful bunch of people. You wait in the queue just to be greeted with a hurry up and get lost attitude. Your manager needs to do something seriously about this.

Appalling to be greeted by the teller whom yelled out "what do you want!" This is a New Zealand owned bank, and as a proud kiwi - this is not who we are. Could you please provide your staff with the appropriate training in how to effectively communicate with members of the public, in a positive manner. Good manners wouldn't go astray either.

They did not give me my change one day and another time they charged me $3 more for mailing something than another Post Shop charged me. I am worried about this type of service. The only previous experience I have had with this is RD addresses, being charged differently at different post shops.
