My girlfriend had an account with P1FCU until I pointed out they were charging monthly fees to keep the account open. Any bank/credit union that charges monthly fees for 'account maintenance' is theft. It's simply another number in their database, essentially free to them.I tried to deposit cash into my account through P1FCU (another coop, BECU) and they need the account number. Apparently having the debit card will only take cash out (free of charge), but won't allow you to put cash in. This was also a problem with their ATMs.They are so far behind the times they only focus on making their buildings fancy, ensuring their employees look like models, and telling you their service is great rather than providing quality banking.Don't go through P1FCU, find someone else. BECU is fantastic (No BS and no fees), but if you don't want an account through them try Latah credit union. I won't be back to P1FCU.
