The credit union stepped up and worked with us to get the insurance for both Auto and Home, even dropped the check off at our office next day paying premiums in full for one year. That is customer service at its best as these are the little things that make a big difference in life that you don't hear about. Great experience all around helping those in need by finding a way and not turn our backs.
