Horrible customer service ..very disorganized women on the phone was rude her name starts with j and she was completely useless and could care less about the time I been waiting there about to close and she tells me she’ll get back to me ...filled out an application and have been Calling them for a whole day and Alexander was “too busy “ to submit my application.....very disappointing this company needs to do a better job in putting the needs of there customers as a priority ...if your too busy have another agent submit the application don’t leave people waiting ...

Took loan application over the phone credit score of 604 which is it the best but not bad and 16000in the bank verifiable and they wouldn't even give me a $6,000 loan what are they even open for
